Distribution Date:
The new directory is distributed at the Wedding Extravaganza show each year and distribution continues throughout that calendar year.
Distribution is made directly to each couple at the Wedding Extravaganza Show, through sponsor stores, through the Caboto ClubOffice, through the Casino Windsor convention Bureau Kiosk and mailed out directly to brides who request them online throughout the year.
Total Distribution: 3,000 copies
The Directory will also be available on this site as a PDF file.

MECHANICAL REQUIREMENTS Your ad costs include the setup of your ad. You must provide photos, logos and descriptive copy to us as well as your email address so that you can proof the ad once it has been created. Pictures, logos and ready-made ads must be provided as a JPEG, PDF, or TIFF file in 300dpi CMYK format.

All exhibitors will have a complimentary listing in the show directory phone guide. It is the responsibility of each participating exhibitor to keep his or her business information current with our office. This includes Business Name, Address or By Appointment Only, Phone Number, Contact Person, and Website address. Please submit these details to nouveau@jet2.net.
Complimentary Online Vendor Listings
Each year Nouveau Event Planning will update their website by the first week of December to include Vendor Show Specials and Prizes for the Wedding Extravaganza Website. Exhibitors are required to get this information to us by November 10th each year if they would like this information posted on our website. Please send this information to nouveau@jet2.net.
Booth Phone / Internet Service
If you would like phone service in your booth you must arrange this service by contacting Bell Canada’s Trade Show Division at 1-800-414-8424.
The Caboto Club now has wireless internet access throughout the entire building. This means that all exhibitors can access the internet free of charge from their booth space. Make sure your laptop has a wireless adapter feature.

From Highway 401 West
Exit at County Rd 46 and turn right on Walker Road. Follow Walker Road to Tecumseh Road. Turn left on Tecumseh Road. Take Tecumseh Road to the 4th stoplight. Turn left onto Parent Ave.

From the Detroit / Windsor Tunnel
The Caboto Club is located just 7 minutes from the tunnel exit. Turn left out of the tunnel onto Park St. Turn left at the first light - Ouellette Ave. Follow Ouellette Ave to Tecumseh Road (6 stoplights). Turn left on Tecumseh Road follow Tecumseh Road to the 3rd stoplight. Turn left on Parent Ave.

From the Ambassador Bridge
The Caboto Club is a 12 minute drive from the Bridge. Take Huron Line to Tecumseh Road West. Follow Tecumseh Road west around the bend and over the railway tracks follow Tecumseh Road through to the 5th light. Turn right on Parent Ave. The Caboto Club is directly in front of you.
